About the Internship: The Sales Development Intern will be part of our Commercial division and support our Market Research and Sales processes.

Responsibilities:

Market Research (30%):

  • Source additional target prospects using various sales tools outside of the database.
  • Prioritize prospects and enrich the database with contact information and talking points.
  • Assign the shortlist of prospects within your assigned territory and Sales Development Representative (SDR) agents.

Sales (70%):

  • Learn how to use our CRM software (Salesforce) and create reports and dashboards.
  • Cold call targeted prospects to obtain key information and meet qualified lead criteria.
  • Track prospects daily, identify decision makers, timelines, hot-buttons, and specific qualifications, and enter data accurately and consistently into the company's CRM.
  • Generate interest and create needs with potential clients.
  • Support the Sales team with presentations and other ad hoc projects to improve the Sales funnel.

Requirements:

  • Currently studying a Bachelor's or Master's degree or online course and able to provide an internship agreement.
  • Commit to an internship of 6 months, ideally full-time (39 hours per week).
  • Naturally curious and have a strong willingness to learn.
  • Data-driven.
  • Great communicator and enjoy working in teams.
  • High level (spoken and written) of English and French/Italian/Spanish/Portuguese/Arabic.
  • Eligible to work in Barcelona.
