Development Sales Representative

Are you a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and technology? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? We're seeking a highly motivated Development Sales Representative to join our team in Barcelona and accelerate our growth in the Benelux Market.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a strong customer portfolio by identifying sales opportunities and promoting state-of-the-art technology and a world-class brand.
- Build new customer relationships throughout the region by prospecting new small and medium companies.
- Initiate contact with small and medium accounts across various channels, creating awareness and conducting extensive discovery of needs.
- Effective in- and outbound call handling to build a healthy pipeline and deliver consistent results.
- Prospecting using smart researching, outbound emails, and calling to build a healthy pipeline of prospects.
- Lead qualification to obtain relevant information and log all mandatory and optional data in our internal software systems.
- Work closely and collaboratively with marketing on outreach campaigns and events.
- Develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies with channel managers.
- Advanced user-level software skills, with Salesforce knowledge a plus.
- No experience, but not afraid to contact customers proactively through calls and emails.
- Able to handle objections and build rapport with senior stakeholders.
- Results-oriented, persistent, and driven to start and build meaningful business relationships.
- Prospecting skills and the ability to effectively handle objections.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Fluent Dutch and English speaker.
- A hybrid work environment with the option to work up to 3 days a week from home and 2 days in our brand-new Barcelona office.
- A competitive salary of €60,000 gross per year, plus a monthly home office allowance.
