Internship OverviewWe are seeking a Sales Development Intern to join our Commercial division and support our Market Research and Sales processes. This role will provide you with hands-on experience in market intelligence gathering, sales development, and teamwork.
Responsibilities- Market Research (30%): Conduct market analysis to inform business decisions and support the Industry Relations Sales team in examining market conditions for potential sales.
- Industry Relations Sales Development (70%): Proactively develop sales opportunities with hospitality employers globally, focusing on regions and business units directly linked to the hospitality industry.
- Source target prospects using various sales tools and databases.
- Prioritize prospects and enrich the database with contact information and talking points.
- Assign prospects to Sales Development Representatives and track progress.
- Learn and utilize our CRM software (Salesforce) to create reports and dashboards.
- Cold call prospects to gather key information and meet qualified lead criteria.
- Track prospects, identify decision-makers, and enter data accurately into the CRM.
- Generate interest and create needs with potential clients.
- Support the Sales team with presentations and projects to improve the Sales funnel.
- You are currently studying a Bachelor's or Master's degree or online course and can provide an internship agreement.
- You can commit to a 6-month internship, ideally full-time (39 hours per week).
- You are naturally curious and have a strong willingness to learn.
- You are data-driven and a great communicator.
- You have a high level of English and French/Italian/Spanish/Portuguese/Arabic language proficiency.
- You are eligible to work in Barcelona.
