Our mission is to drive business growth through innovative app marketing strategies.

As a key member of our client-specific project team, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, executing, measuring, and reporting performance campaigns for our clients.

You will work closely with major brands and startups, taking on responsibilities and collaborating with our design team to develop creative ads that improve campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Paid Media strategies, including campaign strategies, audience selection, and budget planning.
  • Manage and monitor paid media budgets and provide forecasts and analyses to ensure budgets are used effectively.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives and create marketing plans.
  • Work closely with the Design Team to develop creative ads that improve campaign performance.
  • Develop and present performance reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze data and develop insights to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Identify new paid media channels and technologies.
  • Mentor Junior Paid Media Specialists and support their development.

Requirements:

  • Good basic knowledge of ASO and 1+ years of performance campaign management experience on networks such as Facebook, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other performance marketing channels.
  • Structured way of working and good sense of time management.
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
  • Rapid comprehension skills and high level of commitment to tasks and responsibility.
