The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager to join our Growth team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and executing user acquisition campaigns across various paid media channels. Your expertise in performance marketing will help us propel our rocket ship campaigns and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute user acquisition campaigns across paid media channels, including Facebook, Google, Paid Social, Search, Display, and Ad Networks.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights and learnings from A/B tests.
- Collaborate with the central marketing team to create aligned consumer communications across all channels and ensure consistent brand messages.
- Work with the data science team to analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for future campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing and apply this knowledge to drive growth.
- 2+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing in a high-growth startup environment.
- In-depth knowledge of performance campaign execution, including Google and Facebook ecosystem, programmatic platforms, ad networks, Affiliate networks, and SEO.
- Strong understanding of digital data analytics and ability to interpret data to inform marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
