About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Players Fitness & Performance LLC. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a data-driven digital marketing strategy to achieve business objectives
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Facebook Ads
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to improve campaign performance
- Monitor budget and adjust bids to maximize return on investment (ROI)
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
- Present monthly reports to stakeholders, highlighting campaign performance, learnings, and recommendations for future improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and platform updates
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid advertising
- Professional level of English is a must, professional level of German is highly preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Facebook Ads
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
