We're looking for a skilled Partnerships Marketing Manager to join our team at ProtonMail, a leading provider of secure email services.

As a Partnerships Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for growing our affiliate partnerships with online publishers, blogs, and networks. You will work closely with our affiliate partners to optimize their sales funnels, research and recruit new partnerships, and collaborate with our PR and product teams to ensure our partners have the latest product updates and releases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with affiliate partners
  • Optimizing existing affiliate performance through data analysis and collaboration with partners
  • Researching and recruiting new affiliate partnerships to drive growth
  • Collaborating with PR and product teams to ensure partners have the latest product updates and releases
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, account management, business development, or sales
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Strong negotiating skills, with experience negotiating commercial terms preferred
  • Working knowledge of at least two of the following performance marketing disciplines: content marketing, PR, SEO, social media, and online advertising
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence analyzing data
  • Account management experience, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships
  • Experience with digital marketing tools such as SEMrush and Ahrefs
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize multiple responsibilities based on ROI and business value
  • Fast learner with a drive to excel in the field
