**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced professional to help us work with existing and new customers on implementation, integration, and migration projects. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for discussing platform capabilities, integration and implementation needs, and strategizing solutions to meet client goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop a deep understanding of the client's business needs and goals.
- Lead a team to deliver consulting services to clients, identifying issues, goals, and objectives, and providing solutions and strategies.
- Accurately scope, design, build, and maintain solutions meeting client goals.
- Audit the use of HubSpot and relevant technology stack, providing guidance for businesses looking to maximize platform application use and success.
- Understand the use and process mapping within HubSpot and all relevant applications.
- Translate business requirements into technical project specifications and well-designed systems.
- Work closely with other departments and with customers to develop new tools, processes, and frameworks helping to drive product adoption.
- Train customers on how to effectively utilize HubSpot tools and advise on integrations, managing any integration projects with our clients and integration partners.
- Execution Capability: Test and QA, accountable for the recommendations and results with the project team, structural campaign design for data points & reporting.
**Nice to Have:**
- Native Spanish and fluent in English.
- 3+ years of HubSpot experience.
- Strong interpersonal & soft skills.
- Experience working closely with Tech, Marketing & Sales.
