We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Players Fitness & Performance LLC. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Facebook Ads
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance
- Monitor budget and adjust bids to achieve better ROI
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
- Prepare monthly reports to present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for future improvements
- Collaborate with our marketing team, including PPC and SEO specialists, copywriters, and designers to ensure cohesive marketing efforts
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on PPC campaigns
- Professional level of English is a must; professional level of German is highly preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Experience with SEO keyword research, content briefs, and on-page optimization
- Setup and analysis of Google Tag Manager
- CRM automation with HubSpot
- Account management experience
- Management of junior team members
