Join Freudenberg as a Social Content and Performance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our social media and performance marketing efforts. As a Social Content and Performance Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing paid digital consideration and conversion strategies and campaigns, with a focus on social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement paid digital consideration and conversion strategies and campaigns, with a focus on social media channels.
  • Translate advertising campaigns into tailored social media spots that fit the target audience.
  • Build performance media campaigns, including setup, media management, and asset management, and develop and create video and image content that performs best.
  • Identify consumer signals and optimize Google's Performance Max campaigns in assets and efficiency.
  • Track media and search platforms (Google, YouTube, Meta) and campaign analytics from our brand and competition for agile improvement of assets and future campaigns, ensuring KPIs and ROI are met.
  • Mirror social and low-funnel activities in our website and e-shops.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of relevant professional experience in marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing, ideally in a FMCG business or a media/digital agency.
  • University degree in Business Administration with a focus on marketing, digital media management, communication, or similar.
  • Proven track record in social marketing management and performance marketing.
  • Category insights (FMCG, Non-food) as an advantage.
