We are seeking an experienced CRM Manager to join our team at Rocket Digital. As a key member of our digital marketing and technology services agency, you will be responsible for implementing, integrating, and migrating projects for our clients.

As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions to meet their goals. Your technical expertise in CRM and marketing automation platforms will be essential in delivering high-quality consulting services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses and provide strategic guidance on CRM and marketing automation solutions.
  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver consulting services and implement CRM solutions.
  • Accurately scope, design, build, and maintain CRM solutions that meet clients' goals.
  • Audit the use of CRM and marketing automation platforms and provide guidance on maximizing platform applications.
  • Translate business requirements into technical project specifications and well-designed systems.
  • Work closely with other departments and customers to develop new tools, processes, and frameworks that drive product adoption.
Requirements
  • Native Spanish and fluent in English.
  • 3+ years of HubSpot experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and soft skills.
  • Experience working closely with Tech, Marketing, and Sales teams.
