About the Role

Scopely is seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager to join our User Acquisition team in a hybrid capacity. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving player growth and efficiency across various digital marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage significant performance marketing budgets across multiple channels to maximize games' growth and profitability.
  2. Strategize, execute, and continually optimize mobile campaigns on every critical mobile platform, including Meta, Google, TikTok, Ad Networks, DSPs, CTV, Influencer marketing, and more.
  3. Locate, negotiate, and develop creative and innovative solutions for user acquisition.
  4. Grow and manage marketing partnerships for UA efforts across the globe.
  5. Design and execute A/B & multivariate testing and present results to related teams.
  6. Contribute winning ad creative ideas and run creative testing, working closely with Marketing to execute on breakthrough creative strategies to attract new users.
  7. Work cross-functionally with product, ad monetization, data, and creative teams to grow the portfolio and business through full-view lifecycle marketing.
  8. Be an expert in UA with key knowledge.
  9. Raise flags for future potential issues that might arise if we continue on course or due to expected changes based on our current methodology.
  10. Proactively source new partners to diversify portfolio.
Requirements
  1. BA or BS degree, preferably in Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in media buying/user acquisition/performance marketing.
  3. Strong understanding of funnel conversion metrics, retention rates, and LTV predictions.
  4. Looks for external emerging trends and ways to diversify and test new strategies across UA, ASO, Organic channels. Ideally has expertise within brand and desktop marketing.
  5. Responsible for collecting and sharing project status and feedback to key stakeholders.
  6. Proven ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
  7. Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads and/or Google Ads is a plus.
  8. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  9. Strong proficiency with Excel required, SQL is a plus.
  10. Being fluent in English is required for this role as we have a highly diverse and global business.
