Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with advertisers, publishers, and clients to maximize cooperation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop affiliate network products, primarily targeting the Spanish, French, and Portuguese markets.
  • Ensure the company's image is consistently represented across all marketing channels.
  • Identify and acquire new advertising opportunities to expand our reach.
  • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with business goals.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in running performance marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Excellent time and work organization skills.
  • Logical and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with advertisers and publishers.
  • Proficiency in English for effective communication with clients.
  • Commitment to delivering results and working independently.
  • Negotiation skills.
