About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales and growth for our key customers across Southern Europe. You will be responsible for identifying and developing customer relationships, building long-lasting relationships with customers, and identifying and developing new sales opportunities to meet assigned revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Development: Identify and develop customer relationships, ensuring a complete understanding of the customer's business and their needs.
  • Sales and Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and meet revenue goals.
  • Lead and Campaign Forecasting: Manage lead and campaign forecasting and execution to ensure accurate sales forecasting and revenue growth.
  • Customer Data Management: Maintain accurate customer data through our systems, sales forecasts, and activity reports.
  • Commercial Strategy Development: Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and meet revenue goals.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in sales or business development with key retailers in the grocery channel.
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills, fluency in English and Spanish, and a strong ability to self-manage and build effective customer relationships.
