**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the Czech market.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential customers and partners

• Conduct market research and analysis to inform business development strategies

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives

• Monitor and report on business performance and progress

**Requirements:**

• Fluency in Czech language (written and spoken)

• English language proficiency at C1 level and higher (written and spoken)

• Bachelor's degree

• Possession of a driving license

• Possession of a valid residence permit for Spain or EU member state citizenship

• Prior cold calling experience is a must

• Residing in Barcelona or willing to relocate for this role (relocation subsidy will be offered)

**Work Schedule:**

Full-time, Monday to Friday, approximately 9 AM to 5 PM, with variations based on your territory. The position is onsite at our client's office in Barcelona city centre.
