Our client, a leading global toy and game manufacturer, is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager for Finnish Market to join their team. As a key member of their sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business leads within the Finnish market.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory, focusing on securing partnerships with key retailers and distributors.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase market share and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

**Requirements:**

  • Fluent Finnish language skills (written and spoken)
  • English language proficiency at C1 level and higher (written and spoken)
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
  • Possession of a valid residence permit for Spain or EU member state citizenship
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

**Work Environment:**

The successful candidate will be based at our client's office in Barcelona city centre, working full-time, Monday to Friday, approximately 9 AM to 5 PM. The position requires a high level of autonomy, with regular travel to meet with customers and partners.
