About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with mid-sized organizations in the Nordics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Build relationships with C-Level Executives and support them in achieving their mission-critical priorities
  • Act as a strategic partner with senior executives across various organizations within an assigned territory

Requirements
  • Native level of Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Icelandic, and English
  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred
  • 2-7 years of experience with evidence of prior success in sales
  • Proven demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen
