Job Title: Business Development Manager for Cradlepoint

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving profitable market share growth for Cradlepoint, a leading provider of wireless networking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and market share expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and vendors to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies and tactics
  • Provide sales enablement and training to internal sales teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to sell Cradlepoint solutions effectively
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and market share expansion
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and vendors
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the IT industry
