Job Title: Business Development Manager for Microsoft AI

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Barcelona or Madrid. As a Business Development Manager for Microsoft AI, you will be responsible for driving profitable market share growth through business planning execution, pipeline management, and customer enablement and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategies and ideas to assist business growth in Microsoft AI
  • Ownership for building an accurate and detailed pipeline of deals within the Company's CRM system
  • Weekly reporting to the vendor on sell-out activity, tracking performance of promotional activities and the deal pipeline
  • Support execution of business plans as required by the business development manager
  • Identify training opportunities within customers and internal sales teams and address accordingly
  • Communicate product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions to customers and internal sales teams
Requirements:
  • Knowledge in AI products applied to Workplace and Cloud
  • IT industry knowledge – Channel, Vendors, and Competition
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Experience with SAP R3 and Business Warehouse would be an advantage
  • Telephone sales skills, customer focus, and excellent communication skills
  • A degree in a business-related subject is desirable
  • Ability to develop knowledge of product and technology portfolio in Azure
  • Availability to do periodic visits to clients
