Business Development Manager for Microsoft AI Solutions

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Barcelona or Madrid. As a Business Development Manager for Microsoft AI Solutions, you will be responsible for driving profitable market share growth through business planning execution, pipeline management, and customer enablement and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop strategies and ideas to assist business growth in Microsoft AI
Ownership for building an accurate and detailed pipeline of deals within the Company's CRM system
Weekly reporting to the vendor on sell-out activity, tracking performance of promotional activities and the deal pipeline
Support execution of business plans as required by the business development manager
Identify training opportunities within customers and internal sales teams and address accordingly
Communicate product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions to customers and internal sales teams

Requirements:

Knowledge in AI products applied to Workplace and Cloud
IT industry knowledge – Channel, Vendors, and Competition
Proficiency in English and Spanish
Experience with SAP R3 and Business Warehouse would be an advantage
Telephone sales skills, customer focus, and excellent communication skills
A degree in a business-related subject is desirable
Ability to develop knowledge of product and technology portfolio in Azure
Availability to do periodic visits to clients
