Job Title: Business Development Manager Microsoft AI

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving profitable market share growth through business planning execution, pipeline management, and customer enablement and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in Microsoft AI Co-Pilot
  • Build and manage a pipeline of deals within our CRM system
  • Provide weekly reporting to the vendor on sell-out activity and pipeline performance
  • Support the execution of business plans and marketing initiatives
  • Identify training opportunities for customers and internal sales teams
  • Communicate product information, pricing, and promotions to customers and internal sales teams
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Modern Workplace sales at a senior level
  • Strong knowledge of the IT industry, including channel, vendors, and competition
  • High level of English and native Spanish language skills
  • Experience with SAP R3 and Business Warehouse is an advantage
  • Excellent telephone sales skills, customer focus, and communication skills
  • Degree in a business-related subject is desirable
