Job Title: Business Development Manager Microsoft AI

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving profitable market share growth through business planning execution, pipeline management, and customer enablement and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in Microsoft AI Co-Pilot
  • Build and manage a pipeline of deals within our CRM system
  • Provide weekly reporting to the vendor on sell-out activity and tracking performance of promotional activities
  • Support the execution of business plans as required by the business development manager
  • Identify training opportunities within customers and internal sales teams
  • Communicate product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions to customers and internal sales teams

Requirements:

  • High level of English, native in Spanish
  • Experience in Modern Workplace in a senior sales level
  • IT industry knowledge – Channel, Vendors, and Competition
  • Telephone sales skills, customer focus, and excellent communication skills
  • Degree in a business-related subject is desirable
  • Ability to develop a knowledge of product and technology portfolio in Azure
