Business Development Manager for Cradlepoint

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a Business Development Manager for Cradlepoint, you will play a key role in driving profitable market share growth through business planning execution, pipeline management, and deep sales floor and customer enablement and engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with the Business Unit and act aligned with the strategy from the vendor to develop business with the rest of the countries.
- Support development of strategies and ideas to assist business growth.
- Ownership for building an accurate and detailed pipeline of deals within the Company's CRM system.
- Weekly reporting to the vendor on sell-out activity, tracking performance of promotional activities and the deal pipeline.
- Support execution of business plans as required by the business development manager.
- Support execution of marketing plans as required by the Marketing Manager.
- Identify training opportunities within customers and internal sales teams and address accordingly.
- The point of escalation for customer care issues from the sales floor.
- Communicate product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions to customers and the internal sales teams.
- Run call out days on the sales floor and/or the Business Unit sales teams.
- Engage directly with customers depending on role requirements.
- 2+ years of experience in the IT industry with channel and/or vendor at a business development level, ideally from a sales or product marketing background.
- Clear understanding and strong orientation towards and experience in services and solution selling with strategic planning and business case development skills and experience.
- Ability to create and conduct formal presentations and interact effectively with all levels of management, negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively.
- Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities.
- Build solid, effective working relationships with others.
- Excel and Power Point skills.
- Experience with IT Industry (Security vendors will be a plus).
- High level of English (Required) Other EU Languages (a plus).
