Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through strategic account management and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our existing and prospective clients
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement programs
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform sales strategies and optimize results

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the gaming industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Fluency in German, Czech, and English
