We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a Business Development Manager for the Dutch Market, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and business leads within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to introduce our products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales interactions, leads, and customer relationships.
**Requirements:**
- Fluent Dutch language (written and spoken)
- English at C1 level and higher (written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree
- Possession of a driving licence
- Possession of a valid residence permit for Spain or a EU member state citizenship (a must)
- Prior cold calling experience is a must
- Residing in Barcelona or willing to relocate for this role (relocation subsidy will be offered)
**Work Schedule:**
Full-time, Monday to Friday, approximately 9 AM to 5 PM, with variations based on your territory. The position is onsite at our client's office in Barcelona city centre.
