Business Development Manager for the French Market

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at International People Solutions B.V. in Barcelona. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads and closing deals in the performance marketing industry.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the French market
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals
**Requirements**
- At least 1 year of B2B outbound sales experience
- Fluent in business-level French and English
- Proven track record of success in sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
