**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Factorial. As an Account Manager for the French Market, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our enterprise customers, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the French Market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our enterprise customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and development, to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and customer onboarding.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to differentiate Factorial's offerings and drive sales growth.

**Requirements**

  • Fluent French language skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer satisfaction, or a related field, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
