**Job Summary**
Our client, a leading manufacturer of fantasy miniatures, is seeking a skilled Account Manager to join their European Sales Office team in Barcelona. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a territory of at least 90 independent retailers in the German market.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Weekly Quality Calls**: Ensure every client receives a meaningful phone call each week to enhance their stock holding, promote new releases, and provide knowledge to improve product sales.
- **Monthly Restock Orders**: Facilitate appropriate restock orders for each client every month to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- **Sales Support**: Assist clients in growing their sales of our products through strategic planning and execution.
- **Relationship Building**: Foster and enhance long-term business relationships with clients to drive increased product sales year on year.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
**Previous Experience**: Proven account management or sales experience, preferably within the retail sector.
**Language Skills**: Fluency in German and English is essential (written and spoken).
**Education**: Bachelor's degree.
**Additional Requirements**: Valid driver's license required, as client visits may be necessary from time to time. EU member state passport or a valid Residence Permit for Spain is a must.
**Desirable Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently, and availability to work onsite in Barcelona (relocation subsidy will be offered).
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, roughly 9 AM to 5 PM (depending on your territory).
