**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a Business Development Manager for the German Market, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Search for new leads within the assigned territory, requiring only the shop name and phone number.
- Make a high volume of cold calls (over 50 a day) to potential customers to introduce our products and secure their interest.
- Send sample packs to potential customers who express interest.
- Follow up with recipients of the sample packs to convince them to join our stockist programme.
**Requirements:**
- Fluent German language (written and spoken)
- English at C1 level and higher (written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree
- Possession of a driving licence
- Possession of a valid residence permit for Spain or a EU member state citizenship
- Prior cold calling experience is a must
- Residing in Barcelona or willing to relocate for this role (relocation subsidy will be offered)
**Work Schedule:**
Full-time, Monday to Friday, approximately 9 AM to 5 PM, with variations based on your territory. The position is onsite at our client's office in Barcelona city centre.
