We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager for German Market to join our client's team in Barcelona. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads within their assigned territory, identifying potential customers, making numerous cold calls, and persuading them to consider our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search for new leads within the assigned territory, requiring only the shop name and phone number.
  • Make a high volume of cold calls (over 50 a day) to potential customers to introduce the client's products and secure their interest.
  • Send sample packs to potential customers who express interest.
  • Follow up with recipients of the sample packs to convince them to join the stockist programme.

Requirements:

  • Fluent German language (written and spoken).
  • English at C1 level and higher (written and spoken).
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Possession of a driving licence.
  • Possession of a valid residence permit for Spain or EU member state citizenship.
  • Prior cold calling experience is a must.
  • Residing in Barcelona or willing to relocate for this role (relocation subsidy will be offered).

Work Schedule:

Full-time, Monday to Friday, approximately 9 AM to 5 PM, with variations based on your territory. The position is onsite at our client's office in Barcelona city centre.
