The Role:
You will be part of our UK Sales team as a Sales Representative, focusing on building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients. Your primary objective is to assist clients in achieving their goals by providing expert guidance and support.
Your Responsibilities:
- New Business Acquisition:
- Identify potential prospects and key decision-makers to expand the UK market and unlock its full potential.
- Contact potential providers via calls, LinkedIn, and emails to schedule meetings.
- Engage prospects, assess their needs, and persuade them to partner with Sortlist.
- Project Management:
- Analyze the project funnel daily to activate your provider portfolio for relevant projects.
- Oversee project implementation by collaborating with internal teams and partner agencies to ensure successful execution.
What We Offer:
- A dynamic and supportive team environment that encourages growth and development.
- Up to two days of remote work per week from our central Madrid office.
- Personalized training and regular workshops to enhance your sales skills.
- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, based on experience.
Your Profile:
- Native oral and written communication skills in English; plus proficiency in Spanish, French, German, Dutch, or Italian is an asset.
- Prior experience in client interaction and a passion for sales and negotiation.
- Highly organized, diligent, challenge-oriented, and eager to learn.
