Global Business Development Representative for US and UK Markets

Job Description:
At Refinery89 B.V, we are on the hunt for a proactive Business Development Representative to elevate our presence in the United States and United Kingdom markets.
What You'll Do:
- Acquire new publishers in the US and UK from prospecting to closing
- Build a healthy pipeline and prioritize opportunities for highest value
- Lead publisher acquisition efforts in the market by working closely with sales and operational colleagues
- Maintain a purposely designed CRM tool, updating leads and clients interactions daily
- Network and develop strong relationships with publishers
Who We're Looking For:
We need a sales enthusiast who thrives on meeting and exceeding goals. Someone competitive, who wants to stand out for a job well done and be the top performer in the department every month. A person motivated by challenges and eager to hit their Monthly and Quarterly KPIs.
Requirements:
- Sales experience: 1+ years of sales experience, especially in cold calling, face-to-face meetings, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Digital media know-how: Good understanding of digital media metrics, web analytics, digital advertising formats, and technologies such as header bidding (SSP's, Pre-bid, Amazon TAM, Google OB)
- Industry network: Established contacts within the US/UK digital publishing media
What You Can Expect:
- Competitive compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
