About Tree-Nation

  • We are the largest reforestation platform that enables individuals and companies to plant trees worldwide and offset their CO2 emissions.

Our mission is to make tree planting easy and accessible to everyone.

We use technology to bridge the gap between remote projects and their sponsors, and between people and companies that want to plant trees and expert planters around the world.

Since our inception in 2006, we have successfully onboarded 50 reforestation projects and have planted 40 million trees using our platform.

We are constantly looking for individuals who embody the "Swiss knife" mentality - versatile and adaptable professionals who can seamlessly transition between various roles and tackle a wide range of challenges.

About this position

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of B2B accounts and developing and nurturing relationships with them to grow their commitment towards reforesting the world with Tree-Nation.

You will continuously learn and develop better strategies for growing your portfolio and increasing sales from your accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally manage all commercial aspects of client relationships, including day-to-day contact, pricing, negotiations, and contract renewals.
  • Maintain current commitments while simultaneously upselling and cross-selling opportunities to accounts within your portfolio, maximizing revenue per account.
  • Minimize the churn of accounts from your portfolio while identifying and pursuing prospects among churned clients to win them back.
  • Ensure that profitability goals from your portfolio are achieved.
  • Ensure that all aspects of Tree-Nation processes are carried out accurately and on time.

Requirements:

  • Full professional fluency in Spanish; English and any other second language is a plus.
