The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $80,000 per year, accompanied by a bonus structure that rewards performance and productivity.
Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and entrepreneurial Site Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you will be responsible for developing a robust sales pipeline through consultative approaches. Your key objectives will include managing a personal pipeline of origination leads from sourcing to closing, achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to originations, and contributing user-experience input to origination processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will require:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience in business-to-consumer (B2C) sales;
- Natural sales talent with strong business acumen;
- Exceptional negotiation skills;
- Experience negotiating transactions from sourcing through close;
- Familiarity with real estate closing processes and finance concepts such as IRR and NPV.
