We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a CRM-Dynamics Servicing Implementation Specialist (.NET). In this role, you will be part of Platform Team responsible for the successful implementation of the CRM-Dynamics Servicing Module within our organization, with a strong focus on platform and platform enablement.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in both CRM-Dynamics and .NET development, combining technical knowledge with strategic thinking to drive effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM-Dynamics Servicing Module Implementation: implementation of the CRM-Dynamics Servicing Module
  • Platform Enablement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions on the CRM-Dynamics platform
  • Technical Expertise: Possess deep knowledge of CRM-Dynamics platform functionality, customization options, and integration capabilities
  • Solution Design: Work closely with stakeholders to analyse business processes, identify gaps, and design optimal solutions using the CRM-Dynamics Servicing Module and .NET development

The successful candidate must have a bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. Experience in implementing CRM systems, with a focus on the CRM-Dynamics Servicing Module and .NET development is required. Strong knowledge of CRM-Dynamics platform capabilities, including customization, workflows, business rules, and integration options is essential.
