Xm Cyber Job Description
About the Role
We seek a skilled Customer Success Manager to lead our customer journey and ensure the successful adoption of our XM Cyber platform in Spain. As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee customer satisfaction and retention.
Main Responsibilities
- Customer Management: Develop and implement success plans with clients, ensuring they gain maximum value from our solutions. Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior-level executives.
- Technical: Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through best practices for securing their environment. Lead technical deep-dive sessions on exposure reduction and remediation.
- Commercial: Lead renewal processes and ensure high retention rates. Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to facilitate new business.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS companies.
- Technical knowledge of cloud security, Microsoft security best practices, and network architecture concepts.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with other languages being a strong advantage.
