Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $90,000 depending on location and experience.
Job Description
We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our Customer Service Team in Alcobendas - Madrid. As a Customer Experience Representative, you will play a crucial role in crafting the customer experience at CommScope. You will forge positive relationships with both customers and internal teams, delivering exceptional service that leaves a lasting impact.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries, lead all aspects of order intake and management, and ensure the successful delivery of goods within a complex B2B environment.
- Serve as a central figure, providing crucial support to our Business Segments and acting as the primary point of contact for customer orders.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, taking full ownership of resolving queries and meticulously managing customer orders from the initial sale all the way through to delivery and invoicing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We're seeking a proactive problem-solver with excellent interpersonal skills and a talent for managing customer relationships. Previous experience in a data-driven environment within a matrix and multinational organisation is mandatory. English and Spanish speaker proficiency is required, and Microsoft tools expertise, especially Excel knowledge, is preferred.
