About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled FVL Sales Administrator Iberia to join our team at CMA CGM. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for preparing, quoting, and managing opportunities for selling CEVA's Finished Vehicle Logistics capabilities to customers and prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Administration: Responsible for sales administration in line with the global, regional, and country-specific FVL product and business development strategies.
  2. Quote Management: Prepare, quote, and manage in C-VIEW all products and services offered by CEVA FVL.
  3. Support Sales Team: Support the sales team in meeting preparation, including presentations and KPI reports.
  4. Collaboration: Collaborate with the country/cluster FVL product team to develop capabilities and facilitate CEVA product synergies and upsell.
Key Accountabilities
  1. Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with the FVL product community and FVL business development regional leadership to ensure alignment of strategy and action and corresponding execution.
  2. Pipeline Management: Manage the country pipeline in C-VIEW according to product line targets.
  3. Account Qualification: Connect with all business development (local, regional, global) to ensure target accounts and opportunity qualification is aligned with product strategy and priorities and to ensure pipeline and sales activity is aligned with growth targets.
  4. Quote Optimization: Quote the services of current and future clients in order to obtain maximum profitability and achieve the objectives defined by the Company, guaranteeing quality standards.
  5. Market Understanding: Understand the sector characteristics and trends, including key players, market dynamics and challenges, existing requirements, key competitors, and their offerings.
  6. Business Growth: Participate in the creation of business organization growth targets and strategy.
  7. Rate Management: Update and review established rates, as well as conduct market research.
  8. Customer Service: Offer telephone service and support to the Company's customers to ensure that the commercial offer offered is in line with the customer's needs.
  9. Customer Maintenance: Support Sales Executive and Sector Leaders in everything related to the maintenance of current customers and the acquisition of potential customers (making offers, customer service, management of files).
  10. File Management: Manage the files and documentation corresponding to the commercial offers of each client, as well as monitor and control the offers submitted to ensure that they are updated in time and form.
  11. Compliance: Ensure compliance with the Company's Procedures, Policies, and Regulations in all phases of the process of offering services to clients.
Requirements
  1. Education: Degree in logistics, business, or equivalent.
  2. Language: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal). Any other language is welcome.
  3. Experience: 3+ years' experience in Automotive and/or FVL.
  4. Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the logistics industry in Spain.
  5. Supply Chain Expertise: Expertise in developing integrated supply chain & logistics solutions relevant in FVL.
