Key Responsibilities- Prepare and Quote Opportunities: Responsible for preparing and quoting opportunities for selling Ceva's Finished Vehicle Logistics capabilities to customers and prospects.
- Manage Sales Administration: Manage sales administration in line with the global, regional, and country-specific FVL product and business development strategies.
- Support Sales Team: Support the sales team in meeting preparation, including presentations and KPI reports.
- Collaborate with Product Team: Collaborate with the country/cluster FVL product team to develop capabilities and facilitate Ceva product synergies and upsell.
- Align Strategy and Action: Collaborate with the FVL product community and FVL business development regional leadership to ensure alignment of strategy and action and corresponding execution.
- Manage Country Pipeline: Manage the country pipeline in C-VIEW according to product line targets.
- Connect with BD Teams: Connect with all business development (local, regional, global) teams to ensure target accounts and opportunity qualification is aligned with product strategy and priorities and to ensure pipeline and sales activity is aligned with growth targets.
- Quote Services: Quote the services of current and future clients in order to obtain maximum profitability and achieve the objectives defined by the Company, guaranteeing quality standards.
- Understand Sector Trends: Understand the sector characteristics and trends, including key players, market dynamics and challenges, existing requirements, key competitors, and their offerings.
- Participate in Growth Targets: Participate in the creation of business development organization growth targets and strategy.
- Update and Review Rates: Update and review established rates, as well as conduct market research.
- Offer Customer Service: Offer telephone service and support to the Company's customers to ensure that the commercial offer offered is in line with the customer's needs.
- Support Sales Executive: Support Sales Executive and Sector Leaders in everything related to the maintenance of current customers and the acquisition of potential customers (making offers, customer service, management of files).
- Manage Commercial Offers: Manage the files and documentation corresponding to the commercial offers of each client, as well as monitor and control the offers submitted to ensure that they are updated in time and form.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with the Company's Procedures, Policies, and Regulations in all phases of the process of offering services to clients.
- Degree in Logistics or Business: Degree in logistics, business, or equivalent.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal). Any other language is welcome.
- Experience in Automotive and/or FVL: 3+ years' experience in Automotive and/or FVL.
- Experience in Used Cars or Fleet Management: 3+ years used cars or fleet management experience.
- Knowledge of Logistics Industry in Spain: Knowledge of the logistics industry in Spain.
- Expertise in Supply Chain Solutions: Expertise in developing integrated supply chain & logistics solutions relevant in FVL.
