The FVL Sales Administrator Iberia will be responsible for preparing, quoting, and managing opportunities for selling CEVA's Finished Vehicle Logistics capabilities to customers and prospects. This role will form the strong back-office for the customer-facing Sales colleagues, adapting to CEVA's Business Development strategy within Iberia to reflect changes within the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administer sales activities in line with the global, regional, and country-specific FVL product and Business Development strategies.
  2. Prepare, quote, and manage all products and services offered by CEVA FVL in C-VIEW.
  3. Support in meeting preparation, including presentations and KPI reports.
  4. Collaborate with the country/cluster FVL product team to develop capabilities and facilitate CEVA product synergies and upsell.
  5. Collaborate with the FVL product community and FVL Business Development regional leadership to ensure alignment of strategy and action and corresponding execution.
  6. Manage the country pipeline in C-VIEW according to product line targets.
  7. Connect with all Business Development teams to ensure target accounts and opportunity qualification is aligned with product strategy and priorities and to ensure pipeline and sales activity is aligned with growth targets.
  8. Quote services for current and future clients to obtain maximum profitability and achieve the objectives defined by the Company, guaranteeing quality standards.
  9. Understand the sector characteristics and trends, including key players, market dynamics, and challenges, existing requirements, key competitors, and their offerings.
  10. Participate in the creation of Business Development organization growth targets and strategy.
  11. Update and review established rates, as well as conduct market research.
