We're seeking a talented Software Development Manager to join our award-winning IQVIA eCOA team. As a key member of our growing software engineering team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of clinical research and improving patients' experiences.

About the Role

As a Software Development Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of highly qualified software engineers in the implementation of product development. You'll plan, organize, manage, and control activities involved in systems projects, prepare systems proposals, and schedule, control, and report progress of engineering activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality products
  • Plan and execute systems projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget
  • Prepare and present systems proposals to higher management
  • Monitor and report progress of engineering activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, along with 3 years of progressively responsible experience in software engineering. You'll be a self-motivated individual with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
