We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Energy Sales Manager to join our team at Aws Emea Sarl (Spain Branch). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales execution with our technology partners in the Energy sector.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executive and field leaders, to drive top-line revenue growth in the Energy accounts group.
- Work closely with our Global Sales and Marketing teams to identify and engage partners focused on Energy solution areas, including Line of Business Applications, Big Data, IoT, Migration, Managed Services, Digital Transformation, and Energy & Utilities Industry Solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the Energy market.
- Collaborate with our Partner Development Managers and broader APO Segment teams to identify and engage partners focused on Energy solution areas.
- Extensive experience in sales and partner/business development in the Energy industry.
- Experience working with Global Accounts in the Energy Vertical.
- Experience engaging and influencing C-level executives, both business and technical.
- Experience working effectively across different sales, business development, and technical teams, bringing together a cross-functional team to deliver results.
- Consistently exceeds quota and key performance metrics.
- Prior experience working with Systems Integrators and Independent Software Vendors in the region to drive strong customer outcomes and new sales growth.
- Prior direct sales experience is preferred.
- Experience with complex bid and proposal processes that bring together multiple partners to formulate and submit winning proposals.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations, including the ability to articulate complex business and technical concepts to cross-functional audiences.
