About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at TD SYNNEX Europe Services and Operations S.L.U. in support of Cradlepoint, a leading provider of wireless networking solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive profitable market share growth for Cradlepoint in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, customers, and vendors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and executing sales strategies and tactics.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and detailed sales pipelines, including tracking and reporting on sales activity and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product management, to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Provide sales support and training to internal sales teams, including product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, and provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry, including wireless networking solutions and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
