**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion in the Iberian market.

**About the Role:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, engaging with key stakeholders, and generating sales-qualified leads. You will work closely with our Account Executives to build relationships, refine go-to-market strategies, and drive success for the business.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Work with inbound and outbound leads to identify, engage, and qualify new business prospects*

* Develop a deep understanding of our product offering and continuously learn from peers and colleagues*

* Collaborate with Account Executives to build relationships and refine go-to-market strategies*

* Track customer interactions accurately using our CRM system (Salesforce)*

* Achieve and exceed your targets, focusing on your core role and accelerating your professional growth*

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a relevant field*

* Proven communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across different functions*

* Relevant industry experience in the Iberian market*

* Expert in prospecting (cold-calling, cold-emailing, social selling, etc.)*

* Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills across all levels of seniority*

* High levels of motivation, resilience, and ambition to build a successful career*

* Native Spanish speaker with fluency in English*

* Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment*

* Passionate about new media, internet trends, and lifelong learning*

* Proficient in MS Office and familiar with relevant sales tools (CRM systems like Salesforce)

**Estimated Salary Range:** €40,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
