Job DescriptionYour Mission: As a Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and reaching out to decision-makers in the Iberian market through cold calling, emailing, and leveraging tools like LinkedIn for prospecting. Your primary objective will be to uncover new business opportunities, engage with key stakeholders, and generate sales-qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze organizational structures to identify potential prospects and tailor your outreach strategy accordingly.
- Set personal and team objectives, using data-driven strategies to create new growth opportunities.
- Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings and continuously learn from peers and colleagues to stay ahead in the market.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to build relationships, refine go-to-market strategies, and drive success for the business.
- Track customer interactions accurately, managing and updating communications with current and potential customers using our CRM system (Salesforce).
- Achieve and exceed your targets, focusing on your core role and accelerating your professional growth.
You Are: A motivated and tenacious professional with a can-do attitude, undeterred by challenges or setbacks. You possess:
- A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a relevant field.
- Proven communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across different functions.
- Relevant industry experience in the Iberian market.
- Expertise in prospecting (cold-calling, cold-emailing, social selling, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills across all levels of seniority.
- High levels of motivation, resilience, and ambition to build a successful career.
- A strong team player with personal leadership capabilities to drive yourself and others toward success.
- Native Spanish speaker with fluency in English.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Passion for new media, internet trends, and lifelong learning.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with relevant sales tools (CRM systems like Salesforce).
- Eligible to work in Spain without restrictions.
