**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Representative to join our New Business Iberia team. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and reaching out to decision-makers through cold calling, emailing, and leveraging tools like LinkedIn for prospecting.
**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with inbound and outbound leads: Identify, engage, and qualify new business prospects to generate new opportunities in the Iberian market.
- Develop a deep understanding of our product offering: Build strong product knowledge and continuously learn from peers and colleagues.
- Collaborate with Account Executives: Work hand-in-hand with Account Executives to build relationships, refine go-to-market strategies, and drive success for the business.
- Track customer interactions accurately: Manage and update communications with current and potential customers using our CRM system (Salesforce).
**Requirements**
- A motivated and tenacious professional with a can-do attitude, undeterred by challenges or setbacks.
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a relevant field.
- Proven communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across different functions.
- Relevant industry experience in the Iberian market.
- Expert in prospecting (cold-calling, cold-emailing, social selling, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills across all levels of seniority.
- High levels of motivation, resilience, and ambition to build a successful career.
- A strong team player with personal leadership capabilities to drive yourself and others toward success.
- Native Spanish speaker with fluency in English.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
