About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Play'n GO. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective solutions to customers experiencing software and hardware issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and Troubleshoot Issues

You will utilize your technical expertise to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software and hardware problems, ensuring that customer queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Proactive Monitoring and Resolution

You will proactively monitor our infrastructure to identify potential issues and resolve them before they impact the customer experience.

Remote Desktop Connections

You will utilize remote desktop connections to deliver immediate troubleshooting and resolution of network and reachability issues arising from our cloud instances.

Ticketing System and Chat Applications

You will use a ticketing system and chat applications to swiftly address straightforward customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Collaboration with Customers

You will collaborate with customers over the phone to offer clear and detailed instructions or provide written technical manuals for more intricate issues.

Rapport Building and Customer Satisfaction

You will build and maintain a strong rapport with customers, earning their trust and becoming their go-to source for technical assistance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Relevant Field

A bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant field is required, or minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.

Proven Experience in Diagnosing and Resolving Software and Hardware Issues

You must have proven experience in diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issues.

Strong Familiarity with Network Troubleshooting, Operating System Configuration, and Remote Desktop Tools

You must have strong familiarity with network troubleshooting, operating system configuration, and remote desktop tools.

Excellent Communication Skills

You must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
