About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Viladecavalls. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading commercial activities for a reduced number of critical or strategical customers, following the guidelines provided by the Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead commercial activities for clients to keep them satisfied and loyal to Ficosa.
  • Internally communicate customer strategy and research market evolution to anticipate customers' needs.
  • Define and propose commercial targets and activities for customers in cooperation with Technical and R&D Areas.
  • Present detailed proposals to clients and report incidents to the Sales Director.
  • Participate in project teams to achieve project goals.
  • Lead customer focus service, monitoring & supporting incident resolution.
  • Represent customer interests within Ficosa and communicate their needs and expectations to our organization.
  • Report key indicators/documents defined for the activity.
  • Lead sales activities for clients and establish action plans to obtain BBP Sales, following BOL, BBP, TCTP, BPM, and other tools defined in FDS.
  • Observe Ficosa's Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices.
  • Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.
  • Lead the team, guaranteeing its effectiveness, development, and motivation, fostering Ficosa's values.
  • Provide the team with the necessary means to comply with OHSE rules, ensuring they are properly used.
  • Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting, and improving the OHSE and Quality department.

Requirements:

  • Academic background: Bachelor's degree, mainly in commercial or marketing.
  • Languages: Fluent local language & Fluent English (spoken & written).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar position at a multinational company.
  • Travel: Willing to travel.

Additional Specifications:

  • Additional training: Knowledge of MBA would be of additional value.
  • Additional languages: Another language, depending on the project / business, would be of additional value.
