Job Summary

The Key Account Manager is a critical role within Amcor's sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability through strategic account management. This position requires a strong understanding of customer needs, a ability to develop and execute long-term sales strategies, and a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth and retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within and beyond the existing portfolio
  • Monitor and report on critical key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform sales strategies and optimize performance

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales account management, with a focus on strategic sales and business development
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and preferences, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies to meet those needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and results-oriented mindset
