About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions S.A.U. in Spain. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving and expanding the overall strategic plan and relationship with assigned Cybersecurity vendors, ensuring business alignment, executive sponsorship, and development of the vendor within Arrow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans and investment initiatives to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendor distribution and channel managers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate forecasting and pipeline process for assigned vendors to ensure accurate sales projections and pipeline management.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to achieve financial and business goals, including identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic plans to capitalize on them.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to ensure Arrow remains competitive and innovative in the Cybersecurity market.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar Business Development role within the IT Security environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the Cybersecurity channel and key players, with the ability to build and develop strategic business relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to demonstrate added value and product knowledge to customers and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and native Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
